Children need consistency. Consistency starts with your team
Children in residential care have often experienced significant instability and disruption in their lives. What they need more than anything is consistency, reliability and the sense that the adults around them genuinely care. That can only come from a settled, confident and well supported workforce.
Investing in your people is not a nice to have. It is the single most important thing a provider can do to improve outcomes for children, reduce placement breakdowns and build a service that Ofsted recognise as truly outstanding.
