Lindsey Knight founded The Nurturing Edge after more than two decades working at the heart of children’s social care, including a decade in senior leadership as Assistant Director of Children’s Services. She’s seen what outstanding care looks like from the inside, and what happens when provision falls short.
She started this consultancy because she wanted to do something about it.
